The Personal Information that you submit is voluntary but required if you wish to register to use the Site. FTF reserves the right to transfer and/or sell aggregate or group data about FTF users for lawful purposes. To register for FTF membership, users create a publicly visible profile which allows Site users to see information about you, such as name, location, your picture/avatar, profile text, and users you follow, and users that are following you, and the posts and other items that you “like” in the Service (collectively “Personal Information”). Such Personal Information may be shown on your profile page, in connection with the posts you like in the Site, on any comments you post, and in social features of the Site.

The features of the Site allow you to follow other users and other users to follow you. Your profile will be visible on the profile page of the users who follow you, and the users following you will be able to see when you start following other users.
You can close your account, and remove your profile from FTF, by clicking on the Unsubscribe button in the Account Settings section and your account and all information therein will be deleted in approximately ten business days. However, as part of our archival processes, we may retain certain data contributed by you for business purposes, if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or if required by law. 

FTF reserves the right to maintain any posts, reviews, or comments you may have made.

Recordings
We host group classes and record them. Your image and voice would be recorded as well and the recordings are owned and used by FTF for rebroadcasts and other purposes. If you are not comfortable with being recorded you may wish to not participate in group sessions.

IP Addresses
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Site. Your IP address is used to gather broad and specific demographic information, as well as for validation and fraud prevention purposes.

Cookies
We may also place “cookies” on your personal computer when you are browsing the Site, or otherwise. “Cookies” are small identifiers sent from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive, similar to a license plate, that help us to recognize you if you visit the Site again. Notwithstanding that your mobile telephone number may be listed on state and/or federal Do-Not-Call registries, we retain the right to contact you via text-message based marketing in accordance with applicable state and federal law. FTF reserves the right to release current or past user information and Personal Information: (a) in the event that we believe that the Site and/or the mobile marketing including, but not limited to, text-message based marketing is/are being or has/have been used in violation of the ftfwarrior Website Terms and Conditions, ftfwarrior rules or to commit unlawful acts; (b) if the information is subpoenaed; or (c) if FTF is sold or acquired.
